KOSTERSKI ENGINEERING has been in the automotive industry for over 10 years, specializing in automotive software and system engineering and new product development.
We provide professional consulting and partnership to our engineers. We support you throughout the entire project search process and during the project’s duration. We match our engineers with clients’ projects, share our knowledge, organize training, and handle all administrative tasks. Serving as the bridge between you and our clients, we ensure you are consistently updated on the current status of cooperation. Our engineers can focus on their projects while we handle the rest, and when a project concludes, we promptly find a new one.
We offer co-working space at Concordia Design on Wyspa Słodowa for engineers from Wrocław, or a co-work of your choice, if you work from other city.
We are looking for skilled professionals to work together on projects for leading brands in the industry.

Knowledge of Automotive SPICE and FuSa ISO26262

Proficiency in spoken and written English at the B2 level and/or in German at the B2 level

Phase 1
- Initial Contact and Application: In this phase, candidates can initiate contact or submit an application. We also welcome recommendations and direct approaches.
- First Interview: During the first interview, we assess candidates’ compliance with client requirements, discuss their career aspirations and goals, address income expectations, availability, and willingness to travel.
- Second Interview: The second interview provides a comprehensive introduction to the client and the job vacancy. We talk about both professional and personal skills.

Phase 2
- Client Introduction: Once a candidate has successfully passed the interviews, we introduce them to the client.
- Contract Signing: After a successful introduction, candidates proceed to contract signing.
- Project Start: The candidate’s journey with us begins as they start working on a project.
- Ongoing Communication: Throughout the project, we maintain regular contact with our candidates to ensure a smooth collaboration.

Phase 3
- Project End: Upon the successful conclusion of a project, we assess the candidate’s preferences. If they desire, we actively seek and facilitate their transition to a new project.
